Every outdoor program starts with a walk-around: we map sunny resting spots, damp breeding corners, ant trails and tick-friendly leaf litter. Then we layer treatments — liquid barrier on perimeter surfaces, granules across the turf, and targeted spot work where activity is highest.
Treatments are timed to pest life cycles, so each visit hits the next generation before it hatches. Kids and pets can use the yard again as soon as surfaces dry, usually within an hour.

Is it safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use family-minded products applied exactly where pests travel, and the yard is ready to enjoy once surfaces dry — usually within an hour of treatment.
How often do I need treatments?
Most Austin yards do best on a 8-week cycle from March through October, with a winter granule visit. Heavy-tick or waterfront properties may need monthly visits in peak season.
What if it rains after my visit?
Light rain after the drying window won’t wash treatments away — granules actually activate with water. If a storm hits within 24 hours, call us and we’ll re-treat the affected areas free.
Do you guarantee results?
Yes. If treated pests return between scheduled visits, we come back and re-treat at no charge until the problem is resolved.
